Step 1: Adjust the height
Push the lever on the right side up or down to set the seat height. Your feet should rest flat on the floor, with a small gap (2–3 fingers) between the seat edge and the back of your knees.
Step 2: Adjust the Recline Position
Use the lever on the left side to set your recline angle. Push it down to lock the chair into one of four positions. To change, lean back, lift the lever, choose your angle, and press the lever down again to lock.
Step 3: Adjust the Lumbar Support
Place both hands on the lumbar support at the back and slide it up or down until it feels comfortable for your lower back.
Step 4: Adjust the Armrests
Press the lever on each arm to set the height. Hold the armrest top to move it forward or backward, and angle it inward or outward. These 3D adjustments keep your arms supported at all times.
